Substitute work can be both rewarding and stressful, and oftentimes goes unrecognized and unrewarded. That’s why Kelly Education makes it a point to reward employees for their hard work and willingness to take on last-minute or more difficult assignments through incentives such as surge or bonus pay.
And what better way to help educators earn extra money, while also helping great people find meaningful work, than our exclusive referral program for our PK-12 employees. We reward our employees with $100 for every qualified candidate who passes our hiring process and works five full-day jobs as a substitute teacher or paraeducator.
